CONTENT/STYLE GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWERS
- All reviews must stress media’s social justice value and be socially inclusive. Social justice media is that which aids in the liberation and freedom of those who are oppressed, repressed, or marginalized.
- We would like to ensure that the reviews are as valuable as possible for our readers and the social justice community. In going about this goal PMR reviewers consider the following:
- The media’s audience
- Description of the media
- How the media aids social justice
- Similar media
Review length is around 400-800 words
- Please do not submit reviews of media that you believe does not aid social justice.
SUBMITTING ALREADY WRITTEN/PUBLISHED REVIEWS
- Please send us the following:
- Title of media
- Authors and the media reviewer’s name
- Permission to reprint statement if the media been published previously
- If the review being submitted is original please state this
