Excellent article. Looking forward to reading the book. I have twice in recent months come across charitable fundraising efforts based upon sales or promotion of bottled water. When I raised the issue with the organizations, it was apparent that they considered it inconvenient to consider alternatives. No matter how compelling the cause, there are other ways to support it. How about selling cigarettes? :)

I've had Get it Ripe for a few months now. And yes, the flax cookies are fantastic! Very convenient and healthy. I love this cookbook, it's like a guide to everything you want to know on healthy eating.

It is a very timely review as Fred Hampton was murdered on Dec 4th. I hope their will be vigils around the world to remember how he tried to bring people together at the humble age of only 21.
